I will build a new world in which no one will grow old or get sick. I am Ohk-hwang-sahng-jeh (Jade Emperor of Heaven).

The destiny of the Early Heaven has been mutual conflict. Because mutual conflict has governed humans and all other beings, there has not been a single moment in history without war, and heaven and earth are overflowing with bitterness and grief.

The time of mutual conflict is coming to an end. Facing huge calamities, the human world iw on the brink of destruction. Out of worry and compassion, the spirits desired to save humanity, but they did not know how.

Finally they came and pleaded to me in the ninth heaven. Not having the heart to refuse, I came to this world.

I will replace huge calamities with small misfortunesand open a new world of immortal life".
