I was looking over my notes and found above diagrams. So I thought I would talk about I-Ching briefly. But before I do, let me talk briefly about Taeeulju Mantra since I found pictures on Taeeulju Mantra as well.

Now back to I-Ching, above is the picture of our time. It is the symbol of conflict. The Heaven is above and the earth is below. Heaven is rising high and earth is sinking below. The two are forever dividing and Heaven knows not the toils of the earth.

Have you ever wished the heaven would come down and join in my daily struggles and Earth would rise and take me to the heavens? If heaven is below then it would listen to people. If Earth is above, then people would speak to the heavens. That is what Taeeulju mantra meditation is. Fire energy in my heart drives my passion. Water energy in my kidney heals my pains.

Yet, fire is always rising and water is always sinking. In Taeeulju mantra meditation the reverse happens. The water energy in my kidney rises riding the sound of Taeeulju mantra along my backbone. The fire energy in my heart descends following my breath along my chest. As the water energy ascends, your backbone will feel as if it is a boiler, heating up your body. A rush of warmth will sweep over your body, leading to your crown chokra at the top of your head opening. When it opens, all of the Heavens will come into you. Enjoy.
