¡¡ I am a native Texan studying Fine Arts at the University of Texas at Arlington. I discovered the Jeung San Do Meditation Club at an Activities Fair at UTA in April 2001 and started attending it in Spring 2002.

¡¡ I liked the Taichi [Tae-eul Mantra Exercise], but found the Tae-eul Mantra chanting to be very strange. Once I got used to it, I knew there was truth in it. I started feeling energy sensations, and soon I felt a connection to a higher spirit.

I chose to become the president of the Jeung San Do Student club in Spring 2003. As I learned more, I found that many of the beliefs matched what I already knew. I started with the lectures of the Supreme Dao Master and the Grand Master and by talking with Soon-ok Kim. Then I read Autumn Calling and finally purchased the English Dojeon. I became more devout and had my pre-initiation in April 2004.

¡¡ Many, many sources claim that there will be a Great Change ?as does my intuition. I feel that Sahng-jeh-nim is guiding this. I continue to learn more about the teachings of Jeung San Do and visit the meditation club as often as I can.
