The ultimate
purpose of meditation is to seek myself.
The life and origina of mind
divide after born.. The origin of
mind is the same as life and it can be calm and stable because those do not
against each other.
When human being born, with a cry
from its entity, his real nature and life will be divided.
As thought becomes
completely stable and the center of heaven reveals, activity of spirit naturally
reaches its origin.
The origin of spirit means
human being's real nature and life.
That is,
finally in the end, vigor of origin and the dao of truth.

However, after born as a human, breathing and mind
go against each other and human forgot his real nature. Furthermore, all the
creatures in the world receive energy from heaven and earth and the sun and
moon, but unbalanced heaven and earth in the Early Heaven makes human being's
spirit unclear as well by generating unclear unclear energy.
Therefore, human being must meditate to
understand the meaning of one's life and to go back one's real nature. By
meditating, I need to understand, not biased self, but a whole self, "true
self". This "true self" is one as the universe. One as other human beings and
one as all creatures in the world. All the creatures in the universer is
connected by magnificent "one light".
we will experience the light
of the universe.  The biggest purpose of meditation is the progress of
finding my true self in the universe by breaking the border of death and live.
As we progress the meditation, we will experience the light of the universe.
According to the experience of
Grand Dao Master of Jeung San Do,
"Even though I closed my eyes, I
could see the light which does not make you squint but it is so bright enough to
lighten up the world. All the creatures are shiny like water particles shoot
from spring coller shine by reflecting the sun light. Stone shines, flower
shines, and human being shines and everything looks like the mysterious light.
From this experience, you will learn, 'ah, one universe means this. I and the
universe are the one. Being one world means by this', by directly experiencing
it by yourself.
Humang
being is born with the energy of the sun and the moon and because of impurity of
the enerty from the sun and the moon, human being must die.
By breaking the impurity
and recover the pureness of my self is the first meaning of the meditation.
To live
forever as one with the universe, human being is born.
